Transaction Data We collect transaction details related to your use of our services, including payment information securely shared with our third-party payment processor, Stripe.
Google User Data We collect Google Calendar authorization tokens to add events to your calendar.
3. How We Use Google User Data
Our application uses the Google Calendar API to add events to the calendars of studio owners when a booking is created. Specifically:
Adding Events We add tentative or confirmed events to your selected Google Calendar when a booking is made.
Authorization Token We save a Google Calendar authorization token as part of your account to facilitate adding events to your calendar.
No Other Data Access We do not read or use any other data from your Google Calendar or Google account.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not share, transfer, or disclose Google user data with any third parties, except as described below:
Payment Processing The only information shared with a third party is transaction data, which is securely shared with Stripe by means that are PCI compliant. We share a user's name with Stripe only when bookings are created. We do not store your card information.
Your Google user data is stored securely in our database and is only used as described in this Privacy Policy.
5. Data Protection
We take the security of your data seriously and implement the following measures:
Secure Servers We use encrypted and secure servers to store your data.
Data Minimization We only save the necessary authorization token and do not access any other sensitive data.
PCI Compliance All transaction data is securely shared with Stripe in a manner that is PCI compliant. We do not store your card information.
Compliance We comply with all applicable data protection laws and regulations in the State of Delaware, United States.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
Retention We retain the Google Calendar authorization token and transaction data as part of your account to enable the functionality of our services.
Deletion You can delete your data by deleting the studio listing associated with your calendar. Additionally, you can disconnect StudioTimes from your Google account by visiting [Third-party connections](https://myaccount.google.com/connections) and removing the affiliation.
Manual Deletion You can request manual deletion of your data by emailing bennett@studiotimes.io.
GDPR Compliance While we do not operate in the EU, we will delete your data under GDPR compliance regulations if you email bennett@studiotimes.io.
7. User Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Please contact us at bennett@studiotimes.io for any requests regarding your data.
8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies in our application. If this changes in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.

Studio Profiles Studios can have links on their profiles attached to their listings. We do not endorse any of the information that goes outside of studiotimes.io. All links on a studio's profile must be secure with an 'https://' prefix.
Third-Party Websites We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We recommend reviewing their privacy policies.
10. Children's Privacy
Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at bennett@studiotimes.io, and we will take steps to remove such information in compliance with COPPA.
11. International Data Transfers
Your information, including personal data, may be transferred to and maintained on servers located outside of your state or country. By using our services, you consent to such transfers.
